2011 wrap-up

I usually do an end of the year wrap up- so here i go! 

My Christmas was amazing! I got to spend some quality time with my mom and we had such a blast. She left Christmas Eve, so it was just Mike and I who woke up to presents! Speaking of, I got the BEST presents. I am so grateful and lucky bc i was really spoiled this year :) 

The year as a whole was a steady progression of accomplishments. I feel as if we finally stepped out of the box and tried different things, met knew people, CHANGED (it’s only natural)!

Work wise I am in a great position with multiple companies at the moment. I’m beginning to love what I do and that in itself makes it that much more enjoyable. We have so many positive POSITIVE things happening for us in 2012, I’m anxious to get the ball rolling already! We also have 3 flights booked to places I’ve never been which is an amazing perk I’m extremely anxious for. I’ll be taking advantage of this and booking a few personal days to visit other countries. Business in London and a weekend in France. The sound of that is lovely. I love the road to becoming the woman I have envisioned and want to be. Great things for business in 2012 

My relationship, it’s great. We’re SO looking forward to getting married. I think it’ll start to be more real when they finish making my dress. It’s perfect for me. Mike and I are already on the path for planning a long term future, but we would like to participate in the cultural ritual that is customary for this occasion. Thankfully, I got a few of my opinions in there re: planning, so I’m in the process of re-vampig the whole damn wedding. !! The HONEYMOON. hallelujah!! 

As far as myself. I have improved my drive for life. I made more of an effort to visit home this year. I have made more of an effort to make quality friendships in San Francisco. I have distanced myself from relationships i feel are artificial or false. I’m at a very happy place. 

For 2012: I hope all of my loved ones have a very healthy year. I hope I am more successful in my new career and look forward to all of the adventures it brings. I can’t wait for my wedding. it will be romantic and classy  and perfect. I hope to become more patient. I hope to learn as much as possible and take life and run with it. I hope to not be a glutenous ball of lazy (as i have been for the last month) and get back to my workouts. I hope to get more toned. I hope to continue falling in love with Michael more and more everyday and I hope to be as happy as I am with my life at this exact moment. 

I hope you’re exactly where you should be at midnight.
